    保護材、抵抗体冷却用のヒートシンクと抵抗体とヒート
    シンクとの間に配置される絶縁物質とから成る水冷式の
    抵抗器において、抵抗体の中間の電位をヒートシンクの
    電位と同電位に固定したことを特徴とする水冷式抵抗器
    。
