    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 絶縁基板上に形成されたセンサ体に読取り信号に応じて
    通電しかつ原稿からの反射光の強弱により情報パターン
    を得て画素情報を得るｍｘｎマトリックス駆動形ライン
    センサにおいて、複数個−列に配置したセンサ体を共通
    電極ブロック別に分離された複数の帯状の光導電体で形
    成しかつ薄いガラス基板またはセラミック基板上に金属
    材質よりなる導体でパターンを形成した多層用素子を多
    層部分に用いたことを特徴とするラインセンサ。
