路図、第２図はこの考案の実施例の要部の回路図、第３
図は水リザーバの水温と対比させた飲料冷却装置の運転
チャートである。 １：冷却水槽、２：冷凍機、２１：蒸発コイル、２２：
コンプレッサ、３：飲料供給ライン、３１：水リザーバ
、３３：飲料冷却コイル、７：氷検知センサ、８：制御
器、９：温度センサとしてのサーモスタット、９ａ、　
　９ｂ：サーモスタットの制御接点、ＩＣＥ、氷。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 水を満たした冷却水槽内に冷凍機の蒸発コイル、飲料供
    給ラインの途中に介挿された飲料冷却コイルを浸漬配備
    し、沌凍機の運転により蒸発コイルの周囲に氷層を生成
    させて蓄氷しつつ、槽内の水を熱移動媒体として飲料冷
    却コイルに流れる飲料を冷却するようにした水冷蓄熱式
    飲料冷却装置において、飲料供給ラインにおける飲料冷
    却コイルよりも上流側に温度センサを設けて飲料の温度
    を検出し、この検出温度が所定値以下である条件で制御
    器を通じて生成蓄水量の設定値を低値に切換え制御する
    ように構成したことを特徴とする水冷蓄熱式飲料冷却装
    置。
