Abstract

PURPOSE:To precisely detect and adjust distorted registering errors in mounting a printing block by a method wherein a pair of register marks are provided on horizontally symmetrical and opposite positions of a printing block and detected by mark sensors and the detected output is processed electrically. CONSTITUTION:A pair of register marks 3a, 3b are provided on horizontally symmetrical and opposite positions on the surface of a printing block 2 mounted on a plate cylinder 1 and mark sensors 4a, 4b are provided facing each register mark 3a, 3b. The detecting output of the mark sensor 4a, 4b is given to a phase differece detector through a gate circuit, an automatic gain control circuit. When the printing block 2 is mounted distortedly phase differences are caused between those detected outputs, the output due to the difference is obtained from the phase difference detector. This output is sent to an operation section and operated there and printed on a printer as a distorted register error. The mounting state of the printing block 2 is adjusted according to this indication.

を行なうこと全特徴とする多色印刷機の捻り見当調整方
