明する。印刷ユニットは、版胴1、ゴム胴2、圧胴3及
びユニット間を連結する中間胴4で構成されているのが
一般的である。本発明による見当調整装置は、前記印刷
ユニットに、1色目印刷ユニット5及び2色目印刷ユニ
ット6の版面上の見当マークの位置検出のためのカメラ
又はフォトセンサー7と、版胴1の回転位置検出のため
の高周波エンコーダ8とを取付ける。検出結果の絵処理
は、図2に示す如く、見当マーク、版胴回転それぞれの
位置から見当ズレ量を求め、許容値の判定を行あう。図
2における見当ズレ量を例示すると図11のようになる
。見当ズレ量が許容値以上の場合は、見当調整を行なう
。また許容値内の場合は、次回転のズレ検出を行なうた
め、再びそれぞれの位置検出を行なう。
