次のように構成されており、すなわち補助容器１に最も
弱い放射線強度の廃棄物Ａを装入した時、補助容器１が
最終貯蔵容器２の収容空間３を完全に満たすようになっ
ており、また廃棄物Ａの放射線強度がそれより強い場合
、この廃棄物を充填した補助容器１は、最終貯蔵容器２
の構造をそのままで、強い放射線強度に相応する小さな
寸法を有し、それにより最終貯蔵容器２が、付加的にこ
の容器と補助容器１の間の空間内に挿入された遮蔽材４
といっしょになって、この一層強い放射線強度にとって
十分な遮蔽作用を有することを特徴とする、放射性廃棄
