  1. 発光素子・受光素子による光電素子の間にクロック信号
    用のスリットを有する回転ディスクを設けてなるフォト
    エンコーダにおいて、この回転ディスク上のスリットを
    除（一部に前記光電声子をクリーニングするクリーニン
    グ部材を設けたことを特徴とする）第１・エンコーダ。
