  1. シールドケースと、このシールドケース内に収納された
    磁気ヘッド構成部品と、前記シールドケースに固定され
    た取付台板とを備えた磁気ヘッドにおいて、前記シール
    ドケースの前記取付台板を固定する側の一部分に前記磁
    気ヘッド構法部品の一部が嵌入する切欠部を設けるとと
    もに、前記取付台板を磁性材金属板で構成したことを特
    徴とする磁気ヘッド。
