Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a paint for bowling lane, which makes it possible to easily repair bowling lane, by mixing a main component composed of an epoxy resin and a urethane-modified epoxy resin with a hardener composed of a polyamine resin. CONSTITUTION:A main component composed of an epoxy resin and a urethane- modified epoxy resin, is mixed with a hardener composed of a polyamine resin in a weight ratio of 100:35 to obtain a paint for bowling lane. The surface 2 of a bowling lane 1 to be repaired is abraded by sanding to remove stain and paints on the surface. A masking tape 3 is wound around the outer circumference of a zone to be coated such that the upper edge of the tape has the same height as coating thickness. The surface of the lane 1 is coated with the paint 4 for bowling lane by means of curtain coating. The surface is smoothed by means of a trowel and the paint is cured by air-drying.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a paint for bowling lanes and a method for applying the same.
It is made by laminating a large number of board materials in the width direction, but when the surface becomes worn or damaged due to use, the surface is cut and polished to make it smooth, which requires a lot of work to repair and gradually deteriorates. The present invention is aimed at improving the quality of bowling lanes because they become thin and unusable, forcing them to be replaced, or constructing new polling lanes is expensive. This eliminates the need to cut the plate material that forms the bowling lane, and strengthens the bowling lane, which has become weakened by repeated cutting, and facilitates repairs. In the present invention, the term "poling lane" refers not only to a polling lane in a narrow sense, but also to a polling lane in a broad sense, including a bin deck.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the bowling lane paint is 1 m long.
It is used by coating thickly to a thickness of about 20 mm to 20 mm, and is made of a base resin made from a combination of epoxy resin and urethane-modified epoxy resin, and a curing agent made from polyamine resin.
A paint is formed by mixing in a weight percent ratio of 00:35.

The epoxy resin uses polyoxyalkylene, bisphenol A1 diglycidyl ether, and polyhydric alcohol glycidyl polyether, and the urethane-modified epoxy resin uses bisphenol A1 diglycidyl ether and a urethane prepolymer reactant, and these are mixed to form the main agent. form. In addition, as the amine resin of the curing agent, xylene diamine alkylphenol, formaldehyde polycondensate,
Mix and form triethylenetetramine. The paint formed from the above composition is applied to a thickness of 1 mm to 20 mm on the existing conventionally known polling lane. As a pretreatment for this application, the surface of the polling lane 1 is cut and polished with 2-karat gold sanding, and the surface paint is 1. Remove dirt and grime. Next, the coating thickness of the paint is determined by wrapping masking tape 3 on the outside of the application area of the bowing IJ lane 1 so that the upper edge has a constant thickness of the applicator. Next, paint 4 containing a mixture of the base agent and curing agent as described above is flow-coated onto the surface of the polling lane 1 wrapped with masking tape 3 using the upper edge 1 of the masking tape 3. After gliding smoothly, the paint will flow naturally! The surface facing J is perfectly smooth. Immediately after this smoothing with a trowel, an organic solvent such as alcohol, toluene, or xylene is sprayed on the surface of the paint to dissolve the surface of the paint, thereby defoaming air bubbles mixed in the paint and allowing it to harden naturally. Curing usually takes 6 hours at 25°C to 30°C, and after curing, the masking tape 3 is removed, the entire surface is sanded, and the outer periphery is chamfered. Afterwards, a thin layer of urethane resin is applied to the surface of the paint 4 that has been flow-coated to complete the work.

Since the present invention is as described above, there is no need to cut the wood when repairing the polling lane, and the polling lane does not become thin or unusable. To easily repair only a part of a lane on-site, and to strengthen the integration of a hole link lane formed by connecting a large number of pieces of wood, making it possible to use a stable polling lane.

(2) After polishing the surface of the polling lane to expose the wood and wrapping the masking tape around the outer periphery so that the upper edge has the intended coating thickness, apply the main resin made of epoxy resin □ and urethane-modified epoxy resin. A bowling lane paint consisting of a hardening agent made of amine resin and a hardening agent made of amine resin is poured over the masked bowling lane surface to a thickness of 1 mm or more, and the surface of this paint is smoothed with a trowel, and the organic side is applied to the surface. After the paint has hardened, the masking tape is removed, the entire surface is sanded, and the outer periphery is chamfered, and the surface is then finished. How to apply paint for bowling lanes
