    子の並列回路・を接続することを特徴とする高圧電源装
    置。
  2. （２）前記高圧分圧素子は高圧用バリスタであることを
    特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項７記載の高圧
    電源装置。
  3. （３）　　前記高圧分圧素子は抵抗であることを特徴と
    する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の高圧電源装置
    。
