トを捕集するフィルタエレメントの前端面に、該フィル
タエレメントに対する接触長を増大させるべくジグザグ
状に曲折させたヒータ線を密着させる排気パティキュレ
ートトラップにおいて、−上記ヒータ線の外側に、上記
フィルタエレメントの軸部から放射方向に延びる複数の
放射方向支持部を有するリテーナを設け、このリテーナ
の上記放射方向支持部に、上記ヒータ゛ ′線を嵌入
保持するヒータ線支持溝を有する碍子を固定したことを
