ーン及び振動子とが直列に一体に結合された構造の超音
波振動子において、コーン及び振動子の径より寸法が大
きく適宜厚さの大径と、片方の端面中央部に小径の突出
部を有する絶縁セラミックがコーンの一部として形成さ
れ、かつ該絶縁セラミックとコーンとを一体とした共振
周波数が、ホーン及び振動子それぞれの共振周波数と一
致するように寸法が決められており、前記突出部がコー
ンの端面中央部に設けられた゛ 凹部に圧入されて接着
固定されると共に、前記大径部端面と振動子の端面とが
接着固定され、かつ前記絶縁セラミックと接合されるコ
ーン及び振動子それぞれの端面端部の周辺が小径Rで削
られて仕上げされた構造の超音波振動子。 (2)コーンと絶縁セラミック及び振動子の3者が結合
