Claims (1)

において、コーン及び振動子の径より寸法が大きく適宜
厚さの大径部と、片方の端面中央部に小径の突出部を有
する絶縁セラミックが、コーンの一部として形成され、
かつコーンと該絶縁セラミックを一体とした共振周波数
がホーン及び振動子の共振周波数と一致されており、前
記突出部がコーンの端面中央部に設けられた凹部に圧入
されて接着固定されると共に、前記大径部端面と前記振
動子の端面とが接着固定された構造の絶縁型超音波振動
