Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent deformation and breakage of blank pipe by holding the tip of a mandrel by a steady rest tool until the blank pipe comes into close contact with the mandrel and performing drawing work of the blank pipe. CONSTITUTION:The blank pipe 6 is inserted into a mandrel 7. The mandrel 7 is fixed to a chuck 5 and the pipe 6 is fixed to a chuck 4. The tip 7a of the mandrel 7 is held by a steady rest tool 9. Under this condition, a spindle 3 is rotated, and the pipe 6 is drawn by rollers 8. The diameter of the pipe 6 is made samller gradually. Since there is a gap between the mandrel 7, and the tip 7a of the mandrel is restrained by the steady rest tool 9 which rotates simultaneously, no vibration occurs during rotation and contact of the pipe 6 and the mandrel 7 can be prevented. When drawing work progresses and the pipe 6 comes into close contact with the mandrel 7, rollers 8 are moved in the axial direction of the pipe 6. Then, the pipe 6 is thinned by ironing, and a very small and very thin nozzle or pipe of specified size is obtained.

Technical background of the invention and its problems Recently, ultra-fine (1 mφ or less) and ultra-thin (10 to 20 μm)
The production of nozzles or pipes by spinning is being developed. In this method, the raw tube is fitted onto a mandrel made of flexible wire, and the mandrel is rotated while being held by the mandrel chuck and the raw tube is held by the raw tube chuck while a roller is pressed against the raw tube to perform spinning. It is designed to be processed.

However, since the mandrel chuck is provided at a distance behind the raw tube chuck, the tip of the mandrel is in a free state. Moreover, during the spinning process, the tip of the mandrel is not constrained by the raw tube, so the tip of the mandrel swings during rotation, causing deformation of the tube.
It may break.

Purpose of the Invention This invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and its purpose is to hold the tip of the mandrel with a steady rest until the raw pipe comes into close contact with the mandrel, and to prevent the raw pipe from being processed during processing. It is an object of the present invention to provide a spinning processing method that can prevent deformation and breakage of the steel.

Summary of the Invention In order to prevent the mandrel from curling during processing, the tip of the mandrel is held by a steady rest provided concentrically with the tip of the mandrel, and the mandrel is held against the raw pipe until the raw pipe comes into close contact with the mandrel. The purpose is to prevent contact.

Embodiment of the Invention The present invention will be described below based on an embodiment shown in the drawings. 1 in the figure is the spindle stand of the spinning molding machine.
A spindle 3 is rotatably supported on this spindle stand 1 via a bearing 2. This spindle 3 is a hollow body, and a raw tube chuck 4 is provided at one end, and a mandrel chuck 5 is provided at the other end. The raw tube chuck 4 and the mandrel chuck 5 are provided concentrically and spaced apart, and the raw tube chuck 4 fixes the raw tube 6 as a workpiece, and the mandrel chuck 5 is adapted to fix a mandrel 7 made of a flexible wire. Furthermore, three rollers 8 for spinning forming are provided at the front part of the spindle stand 1 at equal intervals in the circumferential direction. Further, in front of the spindle stand 1, a steady rest 9 having a holding hole 9a is provided on the support stand 1.
It is rotatably supported with respect to 0. This steady rest 9 is provided concentrically with the raw tube chuck 4 and the mandrel chuck 5, and is provided at the tip end 7 of the mandrel 7.
a is supported by the holding hole 9a.

Thus, with the raw pipe 6 fitted into the mandrel 7, the mandrel 7 is fixed to the mandrel chuck 5, and the raw pipe 6 is fixed to the raw pipe chuck 4. Further, the tip end 7a of the mandrel 7 is held on the steady rest 9. In this state, the spindle 3 is rotated and the raw tube 6 is drawn by the rollers 8 . This drawing process gradually reduces the diameter of the raw pipe 6, but there is a gap between it and the mandrel 7. However, since the tip 7a of the mandrel 2 is restrained by the steady rest 9 which rotates at the same time, it does not vibrate during rotation and can be prevented from coming into contact with the raw pipe 6. The drawing process progresses and the raw tube 6 is transferred to the mandrel 7.
After being brought into close contact with the tube, the rollers 8 are moved in the axial direction of the tube 6 to iron it, so that the tube 6 becomes thin and an ultra-fine and ultra-thin nozzle or nozzle with predetermined dimensions is obtained. . Note that after the raw pipe 6 is brought into close contact with the mandrel 7 by drawing, the mandrel 7 is restrained by the raw pipe 6, so the steady rest 9 may be removed from the tip 2a of the mandrel 2, and the raw pipe 6 is brought into close contact with the mandrel 7. The tip end 7a of the mandrel 7 may be held by the steady rest 9 while the mandrel 7 is in close contact with the mandrel 7.

In addition, when removing the spun raw pipe 6 from the mandrel 7, the mandrel chuck 5 is opened and the mandrel 7 is pulled out toward the rear end side by the puller 111, so that the raw pipe 6 can be removed from the raw pipe 6. By opening the tube chuck 4, the silicon tube 6 can be removed.

In the above embodiment, the steady rest 5-9 is rotatably supported and rotated together with the mandrel 7, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the steady rest 9 may be fixedly provided and rotated. The mandrel 7 may slide within the holding hole 9a of the steady rest 9.

Effects of the Invention As explained above, this invention prevents the mandrel from wobbling during processing because the spinning process is performed while holding the raw pipe with the vibration stopper at the tip of the mandrel until it comes into close contact with the mandrel. It is possible to prevent deformation and breakage of the raw pipe, and it is possible to prevent the deformation and breakage of the raw pipe.
This has the effect that the mother tube, nozzle, etc. can be molded to a high degree of N.
