径の場合を示し、第４図は一対のロールの場合でロール
の摩耗を検出し間隙、周速差の制御を行うものの構成図

・・・駆動装置、２４１・・・・・・駆動源、２６１・
・・・・・駆動源Ｚ２６２・・・・・・無段変速機、Ｄ

Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）所定の間隔りを保ち、かつ一定の周速差をもって
    回転する一対のロール２１．２２を一段もしくは多段に
    配設し、上記間隔りに穀類を通過、　　　せしめて脱皮
    を行うものにおいて、下記条件Ａ。 ＢおよびＣを備えることを特徴とする穀類の脱皮装置。 囚　上記一対のロール２１．２２のうち一方のロール２
    １の軸支柱２１１を一定し、他方のロール２２の軸支柱
    ２２１は移動可能となし、該軸支柱２２１は移動用駆動
    装置２４と結合している。 （Ｂ）　　上記一方のロール２１は、該ロール２１の摩
    耗量を検出する検出装置２３を備えている。 （Ｃ）　　上記検出装置２３と駆動装置２４は駆動源２
    ４１で結合され、該駆動源２４１の出力は、上記ロール
    ２１．２２の摩耗量だけ他方のロール２２を前進させる
    ように、検出装置２３からの信号により制御される。
  2. （２）前記一対のロール２１．２２の片方もしくは両方
    は無段変速機２６２に連結され、前記検出装置２３はロ
    ールの摩耗量信号に基づいてロールの周速差を一定に保
    つべく無段変速機の増速回転数を計算し、該増速回転数
    信号で無段変速機２６２の駆動源２６１の出力を制御す
    るよう構成されていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第（１）項記載の穀類の脱皮装置。
  3. （３）　　前記検出装置２３はロール２１の摩耗量が一
    定値に達したとき、警報信号を発するよう構成されてい
    ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項
    記載の穀類の脱皮装置。
