    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 作業台上の１端側に左右対向的に配置れた固定式のエア
    ノズル装置と、作業台下に設けられたニアコンプレッサ
    ーと、このニアコンプレッサーより上記のエアノズル装
    置に圧搾エアを供給するためのエアパイプと、作業台に
    対して可動式のエアノズル装置であるエアダスターと上
    記ニアコンプレッサーより該エアダスターに圧搾エアを
    供給するための可撓性のコイルホースと牽備え、上記の
    エアパイプにはペダル式エアバルブを、又エアダスター
    には引金式エアバルブを夫々設けていることを特徴とす
    る長ねぎ皮剥き装置。
