Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 幅広の開口部を有する側面略横転Ｃ字状の長尺凹溝材と
    、一端部が該長尺凹溝材の一側壁端縁部上面に位置し他
    端部が該長尺凹溝材の他側壁基端偶角部に位置するよう
    に構成した板状押え材と、該被林押え材を押圧固定する
    固定手段とを有し、該長尺凹溝材と板状押え材との間に
    薄膜を載置し、該板状押え材を下方に押圧することによ
    って、薄膜を固定するようにしたことを特徴とする薄膜
    固定装置。
