るアノード導体及びカソード導体に夫々冷却フィンを面
接させ、該ゲートレーンオフサイリスタのアノードとカ
ソード間にコンデンサとダ′ イオードの直列回路を
含むスナバ回路を接続するものにおいて、上記ゲートタ
ーンオフサイリスタと冷却フィンの面接部になる両端部
に接続された一対のリード線を有し、このリード線を上
記コンデンサとダイオードの直列回路に接続する構造を
特徴とするゲートターンオフサイリスタとスナバ回路の
