相対する１対の電極と、該電極間に形成された螢光体層
或いは該螢光体層と重畳して更に形成された誘電体層と
、前記透光性電極上に形成された波長変換用シートとに
より電場発光基体が形成され、該基体の上下両面に防湿
保護フィルムで封止された構造より成り、前記波長変換
用シートは、可視光を吸収して異った波長の光を発すす
ることの可能なる螢光体を含有したことを特徴とする多
色化ＥＬ発光素子。 （２）前記波長変換用シートが、吸湿性の合成樹脂より
成る母材と、該母材上に塗布して形成された螢光体塗膜
より成ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１

ロン６６より成る母材と、該母材上に形成された螢光体
