る電場発光装置と従来例による電場発光装置の耐
湿寿命特性を示すグラフである。
図中、１は透明絶縁基板、２は透明電極、３は
対向電極、４は蛍光体層、５は絶縁層、６は防湿
保護フイルム、１１は乾燥剤層、１２は無機乾燥
剤粉末、１３は吸湿性ポリマーである。
