Claims (1)
するとともに、加熱部を配設し、かつ、前記両冷却コイ
ルと冷凍機とを切換手段を介して接続するとともに、前
記冷凍機から発生するホットガスを前記加熱部に供給す
る循環回路を形成して成る冷却式除湿装置であって、前
記冷却コイルの一次側の冷媒管路中の切換手段をそれぞ
れ三方切換弁で形成するとともに、これら切換弁の1つ
のポート同士をホットガス供給管路を介して前記冷凍機
のホットガス発生側に接続し、前記ホットガス供給管路
中に第1の凝縮圧力調整弁及び切換弁を配設し、この際
、前記切換弁を前記冷却コイル部の冷風温度コ・ントロ
ールにより作動しうるように形成するとともに、この切
換弁及び前記両三方切換弁をタイマ等の設定手段により
選択的に切換動作可能に形成し、前記加熱部と並列的に
配設される廃熱利用手段の一次側に第2の凝縮圧力調5
整弁を配設し、この第2の凝縮圧力調整弁と前記第1の
凝縮圧力調整弁とにおいて第1の凝縮圧力調整弁を優先
的に設定することにより、前記加熱部、冷却コイルの除
霜切換側及び廃熱利用手段の順にホットガスを供給させ
