  1. Ｘ線コンピュータ断層撮影装置用３極Ｘ線管制御装置に
    おいて、３極Ｘ線管のカソード電極とグリッド電極間に
    、制限電圧で電圧が保持されるサージ吸収素子を配設し
    て過電圧保護回路を形成したことを特徴とする３極Ｘ線
    管制御装置。
