ケース1前面に取着されたケース部11と、このケース
部11に固定的に取付けられた固定刃12と、仁の固定
刃12の下面に支持部材13を介して保持された移動刃
14とから構成されており、そして移動刃14の支持部
材15は前記運動変換機構10の移動部材9の溝部9a
