Abstract

PURPOSE:To secure the gripping function for the wire rope sufficiently and withdraw a wedge smoothly by a method wherein a lubricating plate is interposed between a guide member for pinching the wire rope and the wedge. CONSTITUTION:Pinching and releasing of the wire rope 11 is effected by engaging and releasing the wedge 13, arranged between the inner periphery of the guide member 12 and the outer periphery of the wire rope 11, by a hydraulic cylinder 14. The lubricating plate 15, made of a high polymeric material, is interposed slidably between the inner periphery of the guide member 12 and the wedge 13 while a spring 16, energizing the lubricating plate 15 toward the releasing direction of the wedge 13, is provided in this device.

Then, the gripping hydraulic cylinder 7 presses the wedge 6 to make it into a fitting state, so that the guide member 4 is integrated with the wire rope 1, and then the main hydraulic cylinder 5 is actuated to drive the guide member 4. This ends with driving the wire rope 1, and if such an operation is performed alternately with the front and rear pullers 2, it is possible to move the heavy object W.
Continuous traction is now taking place.

For this reason, the wire rope gripping device of the present invention has a guide member into which a wire rope is inserted, and is fitted into and removed from the inner periphery of this guide member and the outer periphery of the wire rope to clamp and release the wire rope. It is equipped with a pair of wedges that can be rotated, and a gripping hydraulic cylinder that is arranged to fit and remove these wedges, and a lubricating plate made of a polymeric material is provided on both sides between the inner periphery of the guide member and the wedge. It is characterized by a spring that is slidably inserted and biases the lubricating plate in the direction of the wedge.

Hereinafter, the wire rope gripping device of the present invention will be explained with reference to the drawings. FIG. 2 is a longitudinal sectional view thereof, and FIG. 3 is a sectional view taken along the line III--III in FIG. The wire rope member 12 is provided so as to be driven in the longitudinal direction of the wire rope 11 by a main hydraulic cylinder (not shown).

In the grip device of the present invention, in particular, a lubricating plate 1 made of a polymeric material is provided between the inner circumference of the id member 12 and each wedge 13.
5 is inserted so as to be slidable on both sides, and each lubricating plate 15 is coated with grease on both sides.

With the above configuration, even if the grease decreases during use,
Since the guide member 12 and the wedge 13 slide through the low-friction lubricating plate 15, it is possible to prevent seizure or wear due to excessive friction, and the wire rope 11 can be gripped and released smoothly. can be done.

In addition, since each wedge 13 is attached with a spring 16 that biases it in the parent direction, when pushing the wedge 13 in the fitting direction with the grip hydraulic cylinder 14, the wedge 1
3 moves forward and the lubricating plate 15 remains, and after each wedge 13 contacts and engages both the wire rope 11 and the lubricating plate 15, due to the frictional force between each wedge 13 and the lubricating plate 15, The lubricating plate 15 moves forward following the wedge 13,
Along with this, the spring 16 expands.

Therefore, when pulling out the wedge 13 in the parent direction, the force of the spring 16 can be used, which has the advantage that the capacity of the gripping hydraulic cylinder 14 can be small.

Further, when the wedge 13 is pushed in in the fitting direction and then removed, the gripping hydraulic cylinder 14 first pulls out the wedge 13 a little (about several millimeters), creating a small gap on the contact surface.

Then, the lubricating plate 15 is quickly pulled out by the force of the spring 16, and a large gap is created between the id member 12 and each wedge 13, so that the wedge 13 can be pulled out properly and smoothly.

Furthermore, the lubricating plate 15 made of a polymer material has a friction-reducing effect on both sides, so even if one side sticks or gets caught, the other side will slide into contact and maintain the original function of the device. It can be kept sticky.

As described in detail above, according to the wire rope gripping device of the present invention, a pair of wedges for gripping the wire rope are provided between the outer circumference of the wire rope and the inner circumference of the guide member through which the wire rope is inserted. A lubricating plate made of polymer material is inserted so as to be able to slide on both sides by opening between each wedge and the inner periphery of the guide member, and a spring biases the lubricating plate in the direction of detaching the wedge. This simple structure reduces the space required for the gripping hydraulic cylinder that drives the wedge, while also making it possible to grip and release the wire rope efficiently and smoothly, which was a problem in the past. This has the advantage of sufficiently preventing problems such as seizure due to excessive frictional force.
