PURPOSE:To display any operation state with the same brightness, by connecting diodes to output sides of switches which are turned on during reproduction respectively, and then connecting switches which are turned on during fast forwarding and rewinding operation in parallel to said switches. CONSTITUTION:In a reproduction state, switches S1 and S2 are turned on and consequently a power voltage VCC is applied through the switches S1 and S2, diodes D1 and D2, and a resistance R to a light emitting diode D3, which turns on. In a fast forwarding or rewinding state, a switch S3 is turned on and consequently the power voltage VCC is applied through the switch S3, diode D2 and resistance R to the light emitting diode D3, which turns on as well as during reproduction. The voltage applied to the light emitting diode D3 itself during reproduction is a little different from that during fast forwarding and rewinding, but the difference is small, so the light emitting diode D3 has nearly the same brightness during reproduction, fast forwarding, and rewinding.
