Claims (1)
トローラからの電流により駆動されて高圧流体をその電
流量に応じた２次圧力に減圧して出力する圧力制御弁本
体とを備え、上記圧力制御弁本体にその出力圧を電気信
号として検出する圧力センサを設けると共に、該圧力セ
ンサをコントローラと電気的に接続することにより、コ
ントローラから圧力制御弁本体に加える電流量を制御す
るためのフィードバック回路を構成したことを特徴とす
る補償装置付き電磁比例圧力制御弁。The pressure control valve includes a controller that outputs a current according to a command signal, and a pressure control valve main body that is driven by the current from the controller to reduce the pressure of high-pressure fluid to a secondary pressure corresponding to the amount of current and output it.
