Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）導通信号増幅回路用電源と制御回路用電源とをト
    ランジスタ使用のシリーズレギュレータで構成した回路
    において、導通信号増幅回路用電源を構成するシリーズ
    レギュレータのトランジスタのベース電流供給回路に、
    該シリーズレギュレータの入力電圧が制御回路用軍源電
    圧以上になったときのみ導通状態となる半導体スイッチ
    回路を使用し、制御回路用電源の確立をまって導通信号
    増幅回路に電力を供給することを特徴とする半導体変換
    装置の制御電源回路。
  2. （２）半導体スイッチ回路は、トランジスタ及びこのト
    ランジスタのベースに接続するゼナーダイオードからな
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の半導体変換装置
    の制御電源回路。
