Abstract

PURPOSE: To enhance reliability of an advance angle control device in a Bosch type injection device by making the control with the optimum advance angle calculating program so that the optimum advance angle is obtained by by-passing the discharge oil of the injection pump.
CONSTITUTION: When a plunger 1 is raised by cam rotation, the opening of a valve 31, Y, decrease synchronously and the pressure P1 in the upper chamber 21 of plunger will increase to attain the opening pressure P0 of valve 4 before the Y's closing position by ε, and then injection wil take place from an automatic injection valve B. One end of a level 37 is directly coupled with the plunger 1 while the other end couples the location setting mechanism directly. This mechanism is to give an optimum advance angle according to the operating state with the aid of the optimum advance angle calculating program, and the signal emitted therefrom will rotate stepper motors 36 simultaneously to move the oil discharge valve element 31 and thereby adjust the angle of advance. Accordingly the same function as the one in a conventional injections system can remain even though the oil discharge valve C goes in trouble.
