Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve a processing capacity of a sample, by providing a means which distributes a sample to be measured into a large number of reaction tubes arranged along a reaction line, and a means which conveys the reaction tubes at given pitches independently from other reaction line. CONSTITUTION:In an analyzer, a large number of reaction tubes 1 are arranged in one row to form a row of a reaction line 2. A desired number of reaction lines are located in a directin crossing a conveyance direction A of the reaction tubes 1 at right angles and in parallel to the reaction line 2. The reaction line 2 consists of 3 sets of distributing devices 5 for distributing the same reagent 4 to their respective reaction tubes 1A, 1B, and 1C from a reagent tank 3, and a suction photometry device 6 for sucking a sample liquid consisting of a sample in the reaction tube conveyed by the reaction line 2 and a reagent. A suction photometry part 6 sucks the sample liquid and performs a photomery of it once at every 3 pitches. This permits to perform a simultaneous photometry of the sample liuquid in 3 reaction tubes, which results in enabling the improvement of a processing capacity.
