Abstract
PURPOSE: To accurately position a housing box as to a rail and smooth the handling of a lead frame, by using a takeout mechanism provided with rollers which are located on the front end of the mechanism and are engaged with both the sides of the housing box.
CONSTITUTION: Comb-like grooves are provided on the inside of a housing box 1. Lead frames are fitted in the comb-like grooves so that the lead frames are stored. The housing box 1 is vertically moved with a surface plate 2 by a vertical moving mechanism 3. A fixed roller 8 and a swingable roller 9 are provided at the front end of a rail 7 having an arm fitted with a pin, which is engaged in the hole of the lead frame to put it in or out. Each member is positioned to enable movement in proper position at the time of putting-in and takeout of the lead frame.
