Abstract
NEW MATERIAL:A pentafluorobenzyloxycarbonyl derivative shown by the formulaI(R is a group shown by the formula II or III, etc.; X is trifluoromethyl or t-butyl; Y is Cl or t-butyl).
USE: Useful as an insecticidal and acaricidal agent. Effective against various kinds of noxious insects, especially sanitary noxious insects and agricultural and gardening noxious insects.
PROCESS: For example, a compound shown by the formula IV (M is alkali metal) is reacted with a compound shown by the formula V (X is halogen, quaternary ammonium, sulfoxylate) in a solvent, e.g., acetone, acetonitrile, etc. at 60W100°C, to give a compound shown by the formulaI.
