The 2nd capstan 26 rotated almost in synchronizing with the 1st capstan 25 is a node of tape oscillation the same as the 1st capstant 25. Since the magnetic tape 23 is immediately slided to the magnetic head 36 located near the 2nd capstan 26 being the node of the tape oscillation, the tape oscillation can sufficiently be suppressed.
