Abstract

PURPOSE:To position a coil accurately by temporarily fastening a coil with a molding made of a synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of holes 18 are provided on a flexible printed board 14 pasted on a yoke plate 13 and a plurality of coils 25 are arranged with an inner diameter hole at the center surrounding the holes 18. A molding 22 solidified after melting is provided in the inner diameter hole of the coil and keeps the yoke 13, the printed board 14 and the coils 25 adhering to each other. With such an arrangement, the use of a metal mold allows accurate positioning of the molding before melting thereby enabling a highly accurate positioning of the coils to be inserted thereinto.
