Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent a mal-response to a starting due to aged variation or deterioration by learning a starting condition of an internal combustion engine provided with the captioned device to compute the most proper quantity of fuel to be supplied and revising and storing the result in a non-volatile memory for every result of the computation in order to improve the sequential starting response.
CONSTITUTION: An arithermetic processing of a main routine is started. Digits corresponding to a suction quantity 8, a cooling water temperature 9 and a suction air temperature 11 which are fed from an analog input port 104 are read. Based on the results, a corrective quantity K1 is computed and stored in an RAM (non-volatile memory) 107. A corrective fuel quantity K2 at starting is amended and stored in the RAM107. When an interrupt signal for computing a fuel injection quantity is sent from an interrupt control 102 to a micro-processor 100, it is turned to deal with an interrupt processing routine. A revolution speed signal N and the suction air quantity Q are sent from a revolution speed counter 101 and the port 104, respectively for storage in the RAM107 and it then calculates a fundamental fuel injection quantity. The RAM107 reads various corrective information to perform corrective calculation of an injection interval. The resulting data is set on a counter 109 for amplification.
