In this way, since the spacer 8 is placed between the film 1 and the glass plate 3, generation of damage and distortion of the film 1 is prevented and also airtightness is raised. Also, when a light transmission spacer 9 is placed between the film 1 and the glass plate 3, the same result is obtained.
