Then, its turning force drives a take-up reel turntable 3 through a take-up gear 11 and a gear 3a to generate torque proportional to a relative rotational frequency between the disk and magnet 16. In the beginning of the winding of a tape 9, the rotational frequency of the body 18 of revolution is set 1.33-2 times as high as that of the disk, thereby reducing variation in tape tension as the down side of a capstan 2 from the beginning to the ending of the tape winding.
