Abstract
PURPOSE: To simply exchange the pose of small receiving pans alternately between a receiving pose and a cake recovering pose with a small operating force, by making said pan rotatable around the shaft of lateral width direction of a filter press.
CONSTITUTION: At the filtering of filter washing, each small receiving pan 1 receives leaked liq. and washed liq. while keeping the pose of pan horizontally. At the cake recovering process, pinions 18, 18 are rotated to feed a rack in the direction of the arrow A, prior to the starting of said process, so as to advance a sliding rod 11 by a prescribed stroke and moreover to push an engaging rod 13 by a pair of pins 12, 12 thereby rotating a bearing cylinder 2 by about 90°, for keeping all the pans 11 in a vertical pose. As a result, no special driving force needs to operate the pans 1, and also the operation is simply performed.
