Abstract

PURPOSE: To ensure fluid flow contol at a set temperature by utilizing a thermosensitive thyrister for performing a switching operation when temperature reaches to the set temperature.
CONSTITUTION: When the temperature of a heat generating portion exceeds a set temperature for a thermo-sensitive thyrister 12, the thermo-sensitive thyrister 12 is changed into its turn-on state from its turn-off state. Therefore, a solenoid coil 6 is energized to retract a plunger 7 thereinto, overcoming a return spring 9, so that, since an arm 10 coupled to the plunger 7 pushes down an arm 4 secured to a shaft 3, the shaft 3 is put in clockwise rotary motion for actuating a valve 2 to open a gas passage. Thus, gas 15 flows from one end A to the other end B of a pipe , 1 thereby to ensure fluid flow control at the set temperature.
