Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily cope with the change in amount of balance gas and to smoothly fill up the gas, by condensifying the balance gas by conducting a part of liquid gas before heating into the exhaust line of the balance gas and condensing it. CONSTITUTION:The balance gas exhausted from a refilled container 5 at the time of filling up is led out through an exhaust line 6, a part of liquefied gas in low temperature before heated is introduced into the exhaust line 6 through a liquid takeout line 7, and is spread out into the line 6. The liquid spread out is contacted to the balance gas which passes through the exhaust line 6, and the balance gas is condensified. The condensed liquid is introduced in a surge tank 8, and is joined into the flow of liquefied gas in low temperature before heated, through a return line 10. Therefore, the change in amount of balance gas can easily be coped with by increasing and decreasing the amount of liquid to spray, the number of spray nozzle, etc.
