Abstract
PURPOSE:To reject the distortion in a signal passing through a trasmission line where a medium causing waveform distortion is present before and after a nonlinear line, by estimating a transmission signal through a reception signal via the nonlinear transmission circuit passed through a correction circuit having the inverse characteristics as the nonlinear circuit. CONSTITUTION:A transmission signal s received via a filter 10, transmission amplifier 20 and reception side selection filter 11. The reception signal from a terminal 101 is reproduced via an estimation device 40 estimating the input from an output of the filter 11, nonlinear correction circuit 41 having the inverse characteritics as the characteristics of a nonlinear circuit in existence on a transmission line, and estimation device 42 estimating the signal component at the input terminal of the filter 10. Thus, since the amplifier 20 can be operated at more extreme nonlinear region, the transmission power can be increased remarkably.
