Abstract

PURPOSE:To irradiate light having different wavelengths on a specimen concurrently by providing a monochromatic light irradiating device which communicates focal surface of the spectrum of a spectroscope and an object to be irradiated. CONSTITUTION:The light emitted from a white light source lamp 7 enters into the spectroscope from an incident slit 8 through a shutter 23. The light is reflected by a flat mirror 9 and converged by a concave mirror 10. Said light is diffracted and dispersed by a diffraction grating 11 and an image is formed on the spectrum focal surface 12. A beam 21 is the light having a wavelength of 250 nm, and a beam 22 is the dispersing direction of the light having the wavelength of 1,000nm. A fixed frame 14, wherein both ends are fixed to stands 13a and 13b, is provided over the spectrum focal surface 12. A moving arm 15 is provided under the fixed frame 14. A optical fiber incident device 16 which is controlled by a control device 6 is attached to the bottom surface of the moving arm 15. The optical fiber 17 is communicated with an emitting device 18. In the case a plurality of said moving arms 15 are provided, a plurality of the monochromatic light beams are concurrently irradiated on the specimen in a specimen irradiation chamber 5.
