Abstract

PURPOSE:To compensate the output error digitally with simple constitution, by picking up a specific bit of a digital signal outputted from a signal output device, inputting it to a full adder and giving the output to a D/A converter. CONSTITUTION:A signal output device 1 outputs a digital signal of a plurality of bits, this output makes addition of a binary number one bit and inputs the result to a full adder which can carry from a lower rank bit. The output signal of this adder 2 is given to a switch circuit 6 via OR gates 5-1-5-12. This circuit 6 is provided with a plurality of switch elements corresponding to each bit of an input signal and the elements switch, and outputs a refernce voltage Vref selectively according to the digital input. This selected signal is unified and inputted to a ladder resistance circuit 7. The signal outputted from the circuit 7 is inputted to a +input terminal of an operational amplifier 8, the output of the amplifier 8 is inputted to a -input terminal of itself, and the output of the circuit 8 is transmitted as the output V0 of a D/A converter.
