Abstract
PURPOSE: To get compactness and low cost production by integration of inner and outer rings.
CONSTITUTION: Cone rollers 13 are divided into two lines and each line includes different members of rollers. An inner ring 11 and an outer ring 12 are produced as a completel monobloc to be never divided and they include rollers 13 between them by a retainer. In case of assembly, cone rollers 13a and a retainer are assembled together as maximum type in an inner ring orbit of a line A at first. Then a crescent-shaped gap 16 is formed in another line B when an outer ring is inclined to an inner ring. Cone rollers 13b are inserted in this wide gap 16 and are equaly delivered after brinding back the inner and outer rings to the concentric position and finally the retainer is inserted in the gap 16.
