Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the characteristics such as shockproof property and thermal shock resisting property by filling a heat resisting inorganic substance into a coil comprising a heat resisting insulated electric wire wound closely into multilayer from the external surface to the internal layers by means of impregnation, and by fixing the entire coil with the inorganic substance. CONSTITUTION:A filler solution 5 obtained by melting an organic metal compound, etc., by a solvent and the like is made to impregnate a coil obtained by winding with processing into multilayer a heat resisting insulated wire 3 obtained by forming an inorganic insulating layer or a heat resisting insulating layer 2 that changes to an inorganic substance at high temperature on a conductor 1, and is filled into gaps among the respective wires of the heat resisting insulated electric wire 3. And, the filler 5 is decomposed thermally or hydrolyzed to a material made to be inorganic matter or the same one made to a high degree. Then, a slurry 6 of a mixture composed inorganic particles of 65-90wt% and inorganic macromolecules of 35-10wt% as a primary component is made to cover and impregnate the coil from its outer surface, and this mixed substance is hardened thermally. Hereby, a heat resisting inorganic substance is filled into the space among wires of internal layers of the coil, and the whole is fixed with an inorganic substance so that a shockproof property, thermal shock resisting property and the like can be improved.
