Abstract
PURPOSE:To protect the faulty working of an electric controller regardless of the system of an electronic controller, by providing a power supply line relay of the electronic controller and then cutting off the feeding to the electric controller at a contact coupling to the said relay. CONSTITUTION:A relay 2 having the reset time properties which is nearly equal to the instantaneous service interruption time to be protected is connected to a power supply line 1a of a microcomputer 1. A contact 4 of the relay 2 is connected in series to a main circuit application circuit. In case when the supply of the electric power is discontinued instantaneously for some factor and the time of this discontinuation exceeds the reset time of the relay 2, the contact 4 of the relay 2 opens. As a result, a contactor 5 is not energized and its contacts 6 and 7 are opened. Accordingly the self-supporting circuit of the contactor 5 is cut off, and as a result, the contact 7 is never closed again to stop the feed to an electric controller. Thus no faulty working is caused to an erroneous command output which is given from the computer 1.
