Abstract

When the cylinder gate is fully shrunk, the lower end of the intake pipe 10A is projected from the lower end of the intake pipes 10B and 10C, and the lower end is also provided through a fitting metal 14 with a water regulating cover 13 to close the intake opening 12 of a water outlet pipe 11 provided to the foundation.
