Abstract

PURPOSE:To change cut-off frequency, by changing the capacitance value of a switched capacitor externally. CONSTITUTION:Capacitors 301-304 are integrated on an MOSIC for manufacture. One of the capacitors is selectively selected with switches 305-308 consisting of MOSFETs. A decoder 309 turns on the switches 305-308 in accordance with a signal applied to external input terminals 310, 311. As mentioned above, the capacitance of a switched capacitor constituting the switched capacitor integrator is changed by the control from external ICs, allowing to change the cut-off frequency, band width, center frequency and pass-band ripple as requirements.
