Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide cleaning without requiring much trouble, by providing a feed water equipment to flow water down to the surface to be cleaned which is arranged slanted, and a sweeper which moves along the surface to be cleaned slidingly contacting with the surface.
CONSTITUTION: The winding and running device 5, holding a sweeper 21 in the position on an auxiliary guide rail 7 in the wound up state, starts running on a running rail 4 being carried by a driving carriage 6 upon receiving a cleaning command, and stops running by a switch 33 pressed by a dog 32. At this time, a pressor 9 pushes up a dog 16 against a spring, to push up a packing 17, as well. By this operation, water is fed to the surface 3 to be cleaned from an outlet port, going down along a water guide plate 8. Then, the rope 22 of a winding device 5 is let out to lower sweeper 21. With such an arrangement, wheels 24 are turned round to turn a rotating brush 29 intervened by a revolving shaft 25, gears 26 and 28, and a revolving shaft 27, and a cleaning operation is performed by the brush 29 slidingly contacting with the surface 2 to be cleaned.
