Abstract
PURPOSE:To form a loudspeaker diaphragm which is light, and high in its elastic modulus, in a short time, by impregnating an inorganic filler sheet having optical transmission and high elasticity, with photo-setting resin being excellent in adhesiveness, and forming the diaphragm by use of said sheet. CONSTITUTION:An inorganic filler sheet 1 consisting of mica or crystal alumina pulverulent body, which has light transmission and is rich in rigidity is impregnated with photo-setting resin 2 which is excellent in adhesiveness, such as epoxy resin. It is semi-cured by irradiating ultraviolet rays, by use of which a diaphragm shape is obtained. After it has been shaped, ultraviolet rays are irradiated again, the photo-setting resin 2 is cured completely, and a loudspeaker diaphragm is formed. In this way, it is possible to form a loudspeaker diaphragm which is light, and high in its elastic modulus, in a short time.
