The obtained grains of glass and plastic pellets are mixed uniformly at a prescribed ratio, and the mixture is supplied to a forming process, such as injection molding, to obtain desired diffused reflection body 3 for light having the grains of crystalline glass 1 dispersed uniformly in the transparent plastic base material. When this diffused reflection body 3 is used for the window of a signal light, the signal light has clear glitter and when it is used for the window of a bathroom, decorative effect is obtained.
